Igor is a co-owner of Carolina Elite Builders and heads up the company’s acquisition, disposition, and finance functions. Igor has built relationships with local banks, private capital, and hedge funds in order to finance hundreds of projects throughout the years. He holds an unlimited GC license in multiple states. His specialties include repurposing distressed assets and acquiring value-add opportunities.

Vladimir has over 20 years of hands-on development experience with residential and commercial projects. He specializes in heavy machinery, ground up construction, and gut rehabs. Currently, Vladimir oversees the construction of over 100 homes per year in Lincoln, Catawba, and Gaston Counties.

As Chief Financial Officer at Carolina Elite Builders, Tayler leads the company's financial goals and oversees all aspects of financial operation including but not limited to financial reports, budgeting, cash flow, and risk management. With years of experience in the finance industry, she is a proven leader in driving profitable growth through her strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Morgan Leonard
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations at Carolina Elite Builders, Morgan oversees all aspects of construction, including but not limited to zoning, building permits, design, and insurance. With a strong background in operational efficiency and project management, she ensures compliance with local and state regulations by maintaining strong relationships with city staff and officials. Her expertise in logistics and workflow optimization plays a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality projects.
Sydney Freeman
Property Manager
Sydney has been a dedicated and experienced property manager since 2020. She is our in-house property manager for all properties owned by CEB and its holding companies and the main point of contact. Whether it’s overseeing smooth day to day operations, implementing efficient processes that optimize property performance, maintaining property standards, collections, lease ups, handling maintenance requests, negotiating leases, or managing budgets of a portfolio management of 100+ units.

Baleigh has a strong foundation in strategic messaging and brand development, driving impactful marketing initiatives. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, she drives marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination, impactful outreach, and an exceptional client experience. Her expertise in managing campaigns, directing communications, and fostering strong relationships helps elevate our brand and create lasting connections.
Roman Chugay
Head Project Manager
Roman has 15 years of experience in management and leadership as well as working with finishing installations for 4 years. He currently oversees ground-up construction projects. He delegates tasks to the correct team members, supervises the progress of project team members, and makes coordination with the team. ​
John Ivanov
Project Manager
John has over 10 years of hands-on construction and finish carpentry. He is a master carpenter and has built custom kitchens, trim work, and furniture. John has experience in full rehabs and has flipped multiple properties across the Northeast. He currently manages multiple ground up new construction projects in North and South Carolina.
Andrii Batychko
Maintenance Manager
Andrii is the head of the property maintenance department for over 100 rental units. He is also heavily involved in bringing projects to 100 percent completion with finish installs and final walkthroughs.
Eduard Chumichov
Maintenance
Eduard is primarily involved in transportation of heavy machinery and maintaining equipment and job sites. He is a skilled craftsman, machinist and can operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment.
